Position Summary This is a full-time, on-site role that supports day-to-day People Operations in the distribution center. The coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, providing bilingual support across onboarding, employee questions, HR systems, records administration, engagement activities, and operational People Team processes. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ## What You'll Do Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments. Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings. Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
