A Training Manager is responsible for assessing training needs, developing action plans, and supporting operations effectiveness at all site levels. This position focuses on diagnosing issues, enhancing managerial capabilities, and applying action-driven training solutions to elevate performance. Additionally, the Training Manager implements newly developed training initiatives in partnership with the Learning and Development (L&D) team and serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on MasterCorp best practices.
