Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone that is no older than 5 years, This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds, In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (I-9) upon hire., Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Reliable transportation, Valid Driver License, Proof of Automobile insurance, Reliable phone (no older than 5 years), Service and internet service for daily communication, Ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds, Must be able to perform physical activities, i. e. , frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc.

What You'll Do.

properly manage their assigned territory by completing store visits

take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided

gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts

Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low

working product to shelves from new orders

Conduct audits and merchandising in area grocery stores

Drive to various retail locations

Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves

Report findings and data to management through downloaded app

Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores

Adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines

Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team

Attend client kick off video calls

Serve as a Brand Ambassador by building and cultivating relationships with store and department managers

Monitor sales volume and inventory levels

Present and create awareness with store management about approved deals from corporate

Encourage stores to order more products and accept the orders

Support promotional activities by negotiatinguilding displays to ensure product is available for consumers

Place in-store promotional neck-hangers

Rotate products and assist with new item cut-ins

Monitor and ensure the approved schematic layout and planogram

Take pictures of products

displays and competitive sets

Complete daily and weekly reports as instructed

Execute special promotional campaigns and resets as directed

Additional activities as requested by company management
