Ensure loan packages are worthy assets; Provide high quality support to dealer partners; Meet FHF weekly/monthly targets
Industry & Context.
Willing to work Monday to Friday, 10:30am-7pm local time, Schedule during six week training: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30PM EST
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year in Banking or Auto lending, High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Spanish/Portuguese fluency
Nice to Have
PST/MST time zone preferred for schedule
What You'll Do.
Verify funding packages meet quality standards
Conduct phone verification of information
Verify application information veracity
Screen for fraudulent documentation
Manage incoming emails from dealerships
Communicate loan status to dealerships
Conduct final funding interviews
Assist other funding associates
Report potential risk flags
Meet weekly/monthly targets
