What You'll Do.
Welcome members with warm greeting
Provide quality member service
Process all transactions
Engage with people at and around Oportun’s retail
Encourage store visits
Assist with applications
Support community outreach and marketing events
Educate local community about Oportun
Use iPads during outreach
Assist potential members with scanning QR codes
Keep work area and store location inviting
Perform daily collection of trash
Perform window cleaning
Use computer for administrative tasks
Unpack and store office supplies
Unpack and store cleaning supplies
Travel between designated work locations
