Flexibility required, with shifts available between Monday through Saturday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Flexibility to provide support at nearby hospital locations within assigned market area, as needed for vacancy coverage, Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license

Must Have

High school diploma or GED, Proficiency in English and Spanish, At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, Flexibility to provide support at nearby hospital locations, organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain accuracy and attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically, Ability to identify solutions to financial challenges, Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, Demonstrate genuine care for patients’ needs and concerns, Work effectively with colleagues, hospital staff, and external agencies, Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time, Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, financial counseling, insurance verification, Basic knowledge of state and federal assistance programs, Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare accounts receivable processes

What You'll Do.

Meet with patients in-person

Assess financial assistance eligibility

Guide patients through application processes

Facilitate application process for programs

Act as a liaison between patients

and government agencies

Manage multiple patient cases

Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Ensure effective follow-up on pending applications

Communicate financial obligations

Maintain accurate and confidential records

Achieve productivity and quality metrics

Use multiple systems and databases

and report on patient data

Assist with vacancy coverage

Complete special projects
