Must Have

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills, Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms, Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals, Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to Have

Customer-facing Claims experience preferred, Active Adjusters license preferred, College degree preferred
