Must be available to work for current branch hours Monday - Friday 10 a. m. - 6pm., Must be able to commute to all our Montreal branches for coverage when needed., Two (2) years of retail experience., computer skills, including expertise with Google documents and Microsoft Office., Willing to accept full responsibility for branch operations., Ability to stand for long periods of time., They are sometimes required to lift heavy loads., Ability to multitask with attention to detail and stay positive., Must be proactive and happy to help our logistics process run smoothly, stepping in when necessary to help., Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., Possess a passion for serving people, exceeding expectations and doing the right thing for customers., Trustworthy, organized, reliable and has a positive attitude.
Nice to Have
Experience with income statements desired.
What You'll Do.
Deliver a delightful experience to clients
Ensure shipments comply with customs laws
Process and sort shipments meticulously
Navigate our platform
Build rapport with clients and teammates
Maintain a clean and tidy branch
Assist fulfillment department
Picking and packing orders
Receiving and sorting inventory
Represent Chit Chats’ brand and values
Develop a positive rapport with customers
Represent the company professionally
Ensure branch cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries
Make product and service recommendations
Perform fulfillment tasks
Ensure compliance with safety policies
Place orders for supplies
Maintain client returns
Assist branches and warehouse operations
Open and close branches
Follow company policies
Follow compliance procedures
Contribute to escalation log
Provide summary reports to management
Perform extra tasks or projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Build rapport with teammates; Help assist the branches and warehouse and fulfillment operations when they are short staff; Help teammates to ensure effective and low-cost procedures; Maintain good communication between team members
