What You'll Do.

Provides corporate cards sales and service

Advises customers on corporate card strategies

Fulfills sales and service activities

Identifies and makes referrals

Manage inbound customer service requests

Handles customer inquiries

Probes to understand customer needs

Manages all transactional outcomes

Escalates complex or unresolved customer situations

Performs any required documentation

Maintains current knowledge

Integrates marketing promotions

Maintains the confidentiality

Identifies and reports suspicious patterns

Adheres to regulatory and compliance requirements

Completes complex & diverse tasks

Analyzes issues and determines next steps
