We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our **Brampton office**. **Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple internal and external sources * Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and insights * Design and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) * Present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visual storytelling * Automate data pipelines and reporting processes to improve efficiency * Evaluate business performance and recommend strategic actions * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling (in some roles) **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field * Experience analyzing large financial and accounting datasets * Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or predictive analytics for financial data * Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau. * Experience with variance, trend, KPI analysis, and forecasting * Ability to provide data-driven insights to support business decisions * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Knowledge of automation and reporting optimization **Benefits** * Competitive Salary * Healthcare Benefit Package * Career Growth
