Must Have

What You'll Do.

Perform account reviews

Audit severely delinquent accounts

Resolve past due accounts

Perform outbound calls daily

Collect on past due payments

Identify loss mitigation opportunities

Address customer concerns

Service a portfolio of accounts

Assist borrowers with inquiries

Assist customers with escrow inquiries

Assist customers with insurance claims

Assist customers with VMF online portal

Assist customers with loan documents

Perform outbound email communication

Handle timelines for Consumer Lending loans

Achieve log-in time requirements

Assist other departments with phone coverage

Analyze Debt and income information

Document mortgage collections system

Order home occupancy inspections

Review home occupancy inspections

Send Loss Mitigation Paperwork

Process Loss Mitigation Paperwork

Send Document Requests

Process Document Requests

Input customer complaints

Document customer complaints

Escalate complaints to leadership

Review accounts for legal input

Review accounts for repossession input

Create summaries for supervisor approval
