Eligibility Requirements

UK based, working directly with our team based in Dubai, working with ME clients, working with different time zones and teams, understanding regional nuances, Security clearance may be required, dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance, may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer, If applying to this role please do not make reference to (in conversation) or include in your application or CV, details of any current or previously held security clearance

Must Have

Proven experience managing bids, tenders, or proposals in an in-house/creative agency or similar, Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets, estimates and schedules, client management skills with the proven ability to add value, Experience of work-winningusiness development and building client relationships(look & feel, film/animation, supporting innovative assets), problem-solving/troubleshooting skills, project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, High attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance, Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional, global teams

Nice to Have

Experience of using monday. com would be a bonus but not essential

What You'll Do.

Lead the end-to-end management of ME of bid documentation production and some creative campaigns

Develop and maintain detailed bid plans

and resource requirements

Ensure bids are delivered on time

and in line with client instructions and evaluation criteria

and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards

Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness

Drive the adoption of tools and technologies that improve collaboration and project tracking

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively

Monitor and report on project performance using KPIs and dashboards

Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes

and areas for improvement

Provide data-driven insights to inform future creative strategies

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Liaising between creatives, account managers and major clients; working with PMs, AM’s and discipline leads; Act as the central point of contact for ME clients but based in the UK; Facilitate alignment between regional and global teams; Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional, global teams; working directly with our team based in Dubai, working with ME clients; working with different time zones and teams
