Must Have

Substantial experience in a similar role managing bids/tender processes, written and verbal communication skills, Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment, A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous learning, hold a full work permit, DBS and background checks

Nice to Have

Bid/proposal qualification, Knowledge of bid management tools, Familiarity with public sector procurement or frameworks

lead and evolve our end-to-end bidding and tendering capability

ownership of the full bid lifecycle—from opportunity identification and qualification through to submission and post-bid evaluation

define and implement a bid and tenders roadmap and best practice processes
