So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too. **About The Job** As Bid / Proposal Engineer, you will support the preparation and coordination of quotations and bid activities for system sales projects within EVS and W&IW— Working closely with the Bid Manager, you will help ensure that technical solutions, quotation packages, clarifications, and bid deliverables are prepared with high quality and according to customer requirements. . The role combines technical understanding, commercial awareness and project coordination, while supporting global system sales activities in close collaboration with Sales Companies, Global Sales and Global Technology teams at Alfa Laval. You will work closely with and support the Bid Manager in driving the bid process and ensuring high-quality bid execution. * Support preparation and coordination of quotation packages (Prepare and coordinate quotation packages in collaboration with the Bid Manager) for system sales projects. * Coordinate technical input and documentation across engineering, sourcing, sales, and other stakeholders Support development of optimized technical and commercial system solutions together with Design Engineers and quotation teams. * Prepare and maintain clarification and deviation lists. * Review technical descriptions, quotation documentation, and bid deliverables * Support preparation of PSP documentation and risk assessments. . *
