Must Have
4+ years experience in project management, consulting or tenderid management, Experienced in complex multi-stakeholders and multi-contributors Enterprise RFP’s (ideally with CAC40, or SBF120), Excellent written communication, Outstanding project management: planning, stakeholder management, monitoring, product / technical appetite: ability to quickly master Alan's product and translate it into compelling RFP narratives, Problem solving: ability to break down complex RFP requirements and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver, Collaborative mindset across crews and expertises, Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity & thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality., Meticulous attention to detail, Adaptability and resilience in complex sales cycles, Master technics and tools: AI LLM, Salesforce, Notion, Knowledge bases, RFP management software (Responsive, Loopio…), Full working proficiency in French (spoken and written), Advanced level in English, Living in (or willing to relocate to) Paris

What You'll Do.
