Updating record of all trackers
MIS & Data related to business
Measure conversion rates on BD front – Enquiry vs RFP vs Win / Lost
Tracker on audit & NPS score & presenting dashboard regularly
Responding to RFP & preparing proposals
Support on backend business development role
Maintain inventory for marketing stuff
Coordinate to ensure regular updating of case studies & CVs
Updating master deck on capability presentation for all sectors & business
Ensure implementation of training sessions
blocking calendars etc.
Coordinate with Operations Head to keep a track on month wise revenue projection for secured business for remaining months of entire year
Updating RDR sheet & Project wise revenue projection for every month in coordination with respective Cluster / Operations Head
