Keeps an overview, follows up on details, and collaborates well with many different people. Is proactive, solution-oriented, learns quickly, and easily picks up new tasks and subject areas.
Nice to Have
Minimum 3 years of experience with coordination and similar tasks, preferably from business/IT consulting or a staffing agency. Experience with tender processes (public and/or private). Very good skills in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint), and relevant AI tools. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Is approachable, flexible, and service-minded. Very good written and oral communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

Du vil være en del av vårt salgsteam og nøkkelperson i samarbeidet rundt store kunder og rammeavtaler og bidra til staffing av kundeprosjekter. Dette er en rolle for deg som liker å ha oversikt, holde i prosesser og være opptatt av struktur og kvalitet i alle ledd. Dette vil du jobbe med: * Lede og koordinere tilbudsprosessen fra start til innlevering. * Sørge for at tilbudene er godt strukturert og holder høy kvalitet. * Følge opp fremdrift, tidsfrister og formelle krav i anbuds- og tilbudsprosesser. * Samarbeide tett med salg og fagmiljøer for å samle og ferdigstille relevant innhold. * Forbedre maler, metoder og arbeidsprosesser knyttet til tilbudsarbeidet. * Ressursallokering/staffing i tilbud og prosjekter * Bidra i forbedringsinitiativer og andre interne prosjekter ved behov. ## Qualifications Vi tror du vil trives i rollen hvis du er komfortabel med mange oppgaver og motiver
