Must Have
Bachelor's degree in a Commercial or Technical field, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English, Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and connect stakeholders effectively, Affinity with technology and projects, with an interest in the energy transition
Nice to Have
Experience in a production and/or project environment and/or working within a matrix organization
What You'll Do.
Coordinate project requests for high-voltage cable systems
Review tender documents
Lead interdisciplinary bid teams
Prepare cost estimates
Hand over contracts to Project Management
Manage framework contracts for low- and medium-voltage cables
Align customer forecasts
Agree on pricing and orders
Coordinate new tenders
Ensure company and production qualifications
Review customer requests
Evaluate contractual conditions
Assess technical aspects
Align offer with company portfolio
Translate requirements into cost calculations
Coordinate pricing with Business Manager
Submit questions to customer
Submit offer to customer
Ensure order processing
Internal handover to relevant departments
Align forecasts with factories
Coordinate deliveries with customer
Coordinate deliveries with supply chain
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work internally with various departments such as Sales, R&D, Project Management, Engineering, Installation, Diagnostics, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Production, and Logistics; Act as a central point of contact between the customer, the Business Manager, and various internal departments; Collaborate with colleagues to develop the offer; Align offer with the company portfolio; Coordinate pricing with the Business Manager; Align delivery times with the internal organization; Submit questions to the customer on behalf of the bid team; Follow up on the offer in consultation with the Business Manager; Ensure order processing and internal handover to the relevant departments; Align forecasts with factories; Coordinate deliveries with the customer and the supply chain
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English; Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and connect stakeholders effectively
