Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, Journalism, or a related discipline., 3-5+ years’ experience in bid coordination, submissions support, marketing coordination, or a similar support role., Adobe InDesign capability is essential., Experience preparing, formatting, and compiling professional documents using established templates and content libraries., layout, formatting, and document presentation skills., Good written English communication skills, with the ability to support structured written content and document flow., Ability to work with standard library content and convert it into polished submission documents., organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and inputs., Good attention to detail and commitment to document accuracy and presentation quality., Ability to work effectively in a support capacity with bid, marketing, and senior project stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting bids, proposals, capability statements, or marketing collateral is highly desirable., Experience with graphics, basic visual communication, or document design is advantageous., Experience in architecture, design, engineering, professional services, or a similar submissions environment is advantageous., Portfolio or work samples demonstrating InDesign-based document production or bid/submissions work is highly desirable.

The Bid Coordinator will support the company by assisting with the preparation, coordination, and production of bid submissions, capability statements, and related marketing collateral. This role will work closely with the Bid Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders to compile, format, and present information clearly and professionally using established content, templates, and design assets.
