Must Have
Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic with diagnostic and repair skills, Excellent customer service and communication skills, problem-solving skills, Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks effectively, Knowledge of workshop safety procedures
Nice to Have
e-bikes and/or e-mopeds a bonus, A valid driving licence and a clean driving record (may be required)
What You'll Do.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer repair and maintenance requests
Manage the daily appointment calendar
Diagnose and repair a wide range of e-bike and e-moped issues
Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance
Process repair invoices
Attend to occasional roadside assistance requests
Maintain a understanding of e-bike and e-moped mechanics and repair procedures
Stay updated on the latest industry best practices and technical advancements
Assist with workshop organisation
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with the Head Mechanic and other team members to ensure efficient workshop operations
Communication Scope
