Join us as we lead the data revolution in South-Eastern Europe and beyond! **What Your Day Might Look Like:** * **Build dashboards that matter** : Design and implement dashboards in Tableau that are clear, useful, and easy to maintain. * **Work with real stakeholders** : Collaborate with clients, BAs, Product Owners, and Data Scientists to clarify reporting needs and priorities. * **Prototype and iterate** : Wireframe and prototype dashboards, gather feedback, and refine the solution through quick iterations. * **Support the data behind the visuals** : Work with Data Engineers to ensure the data is clean, consistent, and well-structured for reporting. * **Own the BI layer** : Contribute to data models, Tableau calculations, and data sources to keep reporting scalable and maintainable. * **Be part of delivery** : Participate in agile routines like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. * **Raise the bar** : Share best practices and help improve how we design and deliver BI solutions. **Requirements** **Your Superpowers🚀:** * 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau. (Bonus points if you’ve also worked with Power BI or Looker.) * Solid SQL skills and confidence working with data models and Tableau calculations. * Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into practical BI solutions. * Good understanding of data modelling and structuri
