This role will partner closely with business teams to design, build, and optimize reporting, analytics, and data infrastructure. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in BI tools, data modeling, and advanced analytics, including predictive modeling and statistical analysis. ### Responsibilities * Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports * Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams * Build and maintain data marts to enable advanced analytics * Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Tableau * Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes * Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance analytics workflows and reporting capabilities * Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions * Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems * Troubleshoot complex data issues and provide effective technical solutions * Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and master data management (MDM) * Participate in the full data project lifecycle (intake, estimation, prioritization, and delivery) * Identify and validate new data sources * Contribute to strategic data initiatives and continuous improvement effort **Requirements** * 8–10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics **Strong expertise in: ** * SQL (including ad
