What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field, understanding of commodity trading environments is required (oil, metal, gas, power, LNG, derivatives), In-depth knowledge of the trading lifecycle, including market trends, operation, PnL, settlements and risk management, is essential, Excellent SQL skills, solid understanding of data modelling concepts, business analysis skills, capable of interpreting trading requirements and translating them into technical deliverables, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, stakeholder management skills, capable of exceeding stakeholder expectations, particularly in the context of trading and business analysis, Self-motivated, proactive, and well-organized, with time-management skills, Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, trading-focused environment, Team player with a collaborative mindset, Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Nice to Have
Microsoft certifications in Power BI / Power Platform / Fabric are highly preferred, Experience working with trading data (e.g. , PnL, risk, positions, settlements) and ETRM systems is highly preferred, Any other language is an asset

Monitoring and optimizing report performance and dataset refreshes

The role is critical for translating trading-specific data insights into actionable business decisions.
