The Role We are seeking a BI Analyst to build and maintain media reporting solutions for both internal stakeholders and external clients. This is a hybrid client-facing and internal delivery role: you will develop dashboards, extract insights to inform campaign decisions, and tailor reporting outputs to client needs across engagements. Key responsibilities Design, build and maintain robust dashboards, reports and visualizations that track media campaign performance and KPIs. Analyze complex data sets in-depth to identify trends, callout issues, and gather insights. Provide insights and analytical support to cross-functional teams. Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand their measurement needs, configure reports, and present findings that support data-driven decisions. Integrate and maintain multiple data sources (ad platforms, analytics, attribution, CRM) using connectors and ETL/data integration tools. Document data flows, transformations and report definitions to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Proactively detect and troubleshoot data quality issues; collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions. Drive continuous improvements in reporting processes, templates and automation to scale delivery and reduce manual effort. Experience you already have Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI.
