What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, experience with SQL and working with structured datasets, Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms, Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, data storytelling, visualization, and stakeholder communication skills, Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across business and technical teams, Snowflake (data warehouse querying, data modelling), SQL — advanced querying and data transformation, Tableau / Power BI / Looker — dashboard and report development, Data quality profiling and governance practices, Experience with data documentation and lineage mapping, Good communication and articulation skills, Ability to work with global stakeholders, problem-solving acumen
Nice to Have
Exposure to DBT for data transformation, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling, Experience with Streamlit for data applications, Prior experience in a GCC, product company, or BFSI environment, Relevant BI or data certifications (e.g. , Tableau Desktop Specialist, Snowflake SnowPro Core)
