As a BI Analyst/Analytics Engineer, you'll be responsible for analyzing both current IT systems, architectures, and processes as well as gathering business intelligence to support the organization in achieving our mission. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the client is up to date with the latest technology and has the information we need to make essential data-informed decisions to serve our clients. This role bridges technology infrastructure and business intelligence, serving as a key contributor to the organization's digital transformation and data-driven decision-making initiatives. **RESPONSABILITIES:** **IT:** * Analyze IT systems (i.e. SQL, GCP, etc.), data, and business processes to improve and maintain data structures, automations, workflows, and operational efficiencies. * Evaluate current IT systems, architectures, and technology infrastructure to identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and enhanced security. * Maintain/develop support documents and provide training to employees on current and new platforms, technical solutions, and associated procedures. * Utilize a diverse set of technical tools to deliver solutions such as Alteryx (or other similar data prep/blending tools), Tableau (or other data visualization/BI tools), and low-code tools (e.g. Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate). * Partner with vendors to ensure employee laptops are supported through the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components for system availability and reliability. * Provide day-to-day production support, including application workflow confi
