Must Have
Bachelor's degree in non-human services field, Bachelor's in human services field, Master's degree in human services field, 4 years experience with mental health or substance use, 2 years experience with mental health or substance use, 1 year experience with mental health or substance use, Valid driver's license, Reliable transportation
What You'll Do.
Facilitate skill-building activities
Provide psychoeducation
Assist clients in developing skills
Help clients enhance socialization
Encourage leisure interests
Support clients in managing symptoms
Offer therapeutic mentoring
Assist in recovery planning
Manage crisis situations
Provide strategies for managing behavior
Train staff on procedures
Make staff assignments
Ensure adequate staffing
Schedule lunches and breaks
Stay informed about BH field developments
Attend mandatory meetings
Attend training sessions
