ESSENTIAL DUTIES: _The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:_ * Helps team accomplish daily production, quality and safety requirements * Follows safety guidelines and job requirements utilized in day-to-day operations. * Must be able to receive and complete work orders via e-mail. * Attends and participates in scheduled training and safety classes. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required. * Must promote a positive and safe work environment for the entire team. * Must be able to follow state, federal and company guidelines. * Ability to use a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools to diagnose issues on hot beverage equipment in conjunction with service manuals to find the most-cost effective repair * Completes all assigned work and associated paperwork * Ability to follow in-house ticketing and work tracking procedures * Ability to communicate professionally with customers at all levels and strong desire to provide excellent customer service * Provide equipment training as needed to ensure quality beverage delivery to your customers * Effectively maintain your service vehicle and inventory to company standards JOB REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma or GED. * 2-5 year’s experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not required. * Must possess basic computer/smartphone skills and own a smartphone. * Possess valid drivers’ license and be insurable as a driver. * Ability to travel to stores and occasionally out of town. * Ability to work alone.
