Must Have
Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency

Experience in food service management, Extensive knowledge of sanitation requirements for food service business, Menu planning and food preparation, Extensive knowledge of business management, Capability of analyzing business profit, Considerable knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, Extensive knowledge of Federal and State rules pertaining to operating business, Considerable knowledge of the Federal Randolph Sheppard laws and Texas Labor Code laws, Considerable knowledge of the Business Enterprises of Texas program
