Ensure insurance deductions are set up
Ensure deductions are working correctly
Troubleshoot benefits issues
Resolve deduction issues
Review documents submitted prior to system build
Maintain accurate data
Ensure data is up to date

In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients post-implementation, checking in regularly to make sure they have what they need, that there are no issues, and that everything is running smoothly as they get started. You’ll play a key role in driving adoption, supporting open enrollment, and ensuring clients stay compliant and confident using our platform.
