About the role Human Interest is looking for a financial operations associate to provide support on the Human Interest 401(k) plan and serve as a subject matter expert in outgoing money movement, working closely with our Operations, Technology, and Customer Success teams to drive efficiencies and improve the experience across all Human Interest customers. About the team The Benefits Processing Associate, who reports to the Benefits Processing Operations Manager, is responsible for the daily processing of a diverse range of client 401(k) requests. This position entails executing outgoing operational transactions for Human Interest 401(k) plans, which includes comprehensive investigation of client information under high-pressure circumstances, while ensuring punctual processing. Given access to sensitive employee data across a substantial number of 401(k) plans, the ideal candidate will exhibit the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and stewardship.
