What You'll Do.

Manage and administer employee benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all international employees

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits

and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure compliance

Support the implementation and administration of new benefits programs and policies

Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRIS and payroll systems

Assist with payroll audits

and compliance reporting

Stay informed about relevant local and international payroll and benefits regulations
