What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration or benefits analysis, working knowledge of U. S. health and welfare and retirement plans, Demonstrated experience managing benefits processes, data, and systems, Experience mentoring or supervising others in an operational capacity, Advanced attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to manage competing priorities, Proficiency on MS suite of products (Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

What You'll Do.

Manage end-to-end benefits administration processes

Develop and improve standard operating procedures

Ensure timely and accurate execution of benefits processes

Provide direct supervision and coaching

Review work output for accuracy

Lead cross-training and continuity planning

Manage operational execution of annual open enrollment

Ensure operational readiness for program changes

Ensure benefits processes comply with regulations

Manage day-to-day compliance activities

Serve as primary owner of benefits configuration

Run regular audits and reconciliations

Generate standard operational reports

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner closely with the Benefits Director; Partner with Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal; Provide guidance to HR partners and managers; Support employee communications

Communication Scope

Support clear, accurate employee communications

Process & Methodology

Manage competing priorities, Manage operational execution of annual open enrollment, Manage day-to-day compliance activities
