What You'll Do.
Lead the day-to-day administration of global benefits programs
Ensure employees receive timely
accurate support for benefit questions
Optimize our self-insured benefits footprint through rigorous
Own key benefits operations
including enrollments
new hire orientations
and employee lifecycle support related to benefits
Support annual renewal cycles and ongoing program administration for health and wellbeing offerings
Maintain compliance with benefits-related requirements and reporting
including administration processes
and regulatory obligations
Ensure benefit elections and data are accurately reflected across systems
and related integrations
Oversee billing reconciliation
process documentation
and operational controls that improve efficiency and data integrity
Contribute to the evolution of Flock's total rewards philosophy and benefits strategy through scalable processes

THE OPPORTUNITY Flock is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, administration and continuous improvement of our global benefits programs. This role sits within HR, reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, and is responsible for leading our benefits efforts in delivering a high-quality employee experience while maintaining strong operational rigor and compliance. The Benefits Manager serves as a thought leader in the space and partners closely with HR business partners, recruiting, finance, vendors, and other internal stakeholders to ensure benefits programs attract, reward, and retain talent while operating effectively at scale.
