0 - 3+ years of health & welfare experience, Resourceful, proactive self-starter, business acumen, intellectual curiosity, Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, attention to detail

What You'll Do.
Assist in day-to-day client management
Support client teams in developing benefit strategies
Meet client goals and objectives
Select programs that meet client needs
and prepare information
Support Team Leader and Account Managers
Assist in project management
Participate on client conference calls
Interact with clients on day to day questions
Attend vendor meetings
Participate in training
Manage components of project
Produce financial analytics
Develop summary spreadsheets
Assist in marketing efforts
Review SPDs/contracts
Research health and welfare compliance questions
Update client information
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Support client teams; Work with the support of client team; Accountability to team
Communication Scope
Participates, as appropriate, on client conference calls; Direct interaction with clients on day to day questions; Attends vendor meetings
Process & Methodology
Assist in the project management of all assigned clients, Responsible for managing components of project (tasks)
