Must Have
Bachelor's degrees in Psychology, Human Resources Management, attention to detail and accuracy, High integrity and ability to handle confidential information, Good organizational and time-management skills
Nice to Have
1-2 years' experience in employee benefits, payroll, HR operations, HRIS, Exposure to government-mandated benefits processing is a advantage
What You'll Do.
Process and monitor government-mandated benefits
Conduct periodic audits of benefits records
Maintain a master tracking sheet of benefits
Ensure internal policies are aligned with legal requirements
Maintain and update HRIS for changes
Ensure 100% alignment of HRIS data
Conduct monthly data integrity checks
Submit all benefit-related adjustments to Payroll
Respond to benefits inquiries
Prepare team member documents
Maintain a secure and confidential digital copy
Participate in People and Culture projects
Recommend improvements to benefits programs
