What You'll Do.
Support day to day administration of U.S. benefits
Respond to benefits inquiries
Review benefits eligibility
Complete hours per week checks
Complete related transactions in Workday
Complete related transactions in other systems
Communicate with employees regarding eligibility
Communicate with employees regarding enrollment
Communicate with employees regarding benefits changes
Process employment verification requests
Process other verification requests
Assist with I-9 document verification
Complete related compliance tasks
Conduct new hire meetings
Assist in managing Workday onboarding completion
Assist in managing mandatory employee trainings
Support leave and absence administration
Assist with wellness campaigns
Assist with employee communications
Help maintain benefits guidebooks
Help maintain employee facing materials
Help maintain benefits collateral
Support select global benefits activities
