We are seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to join our Reward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a critical operational role designed to optimise, streamline, and future-proof our global benefits administration. This role will support the day‑to‑day management and continuous improvement of Fastmarkets’ global benefits operations. The focus is on creating efficient, scalable and well‑documented processes, automating wherever possible, enabling self service and transferring knowledge to HR Operations to enable sustainable, independent administration beyond the contract period.
