3-4 years of relevant experience with US Benefits Administration (health, welfare and 401(k) retirement), 1-2 years of relevant compensation experience (salary benchmarks, job architecture, job levelling and salary structures), Experience of working with Workday, Proficiency working with Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Detail orientated and advanced analytics capabilities

Learn more at **flexera.com** **Benefits Analyst** **ABOUT THE ROLE** As a Benefits Analyst, you will serve as a regional benefit advisor, supporting the application and continuous improvement of benefits policies and programs in respective region. You will be part of the Global Total Rewards team and will partner closely with the wider People and Culture team, Finance, Legal, Procurement as well as our Benefits Brokers and suppliers. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Supports the administration of region’s benefits programs regarding plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.** * Employees queries on Health and Welfare Benefits Administration * Invoicing reconciliation and submission, and monitoring claims analysis * Annual Open Enrollment and other benefit events and ensures accurate and timely data in relevant systems * Reviews Intranet monthly to ensure accuracy of data (benefits information and brochures)
