Must Have

Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, 5 years of experience in HR benefits administration, Deep operational knowledge of benefits-related laws, 2 years of experience in a professional role requiring structured project management execution, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Hands-on experience navigating and managing modern HRIS platforms

Nice to Have

Experience leveraging generative AI tools, Experience leveraging AI-driven analytics platforms, Professional regional certification, Direct experience managing self-funded health plans, Direct experience managing LOA programs, Supporting large, multi-national employer of 1,000+ employees, Benefits exposure in US, Canada or LATAM countries

What You'll Do.

Manage end-to-end enrollment
