Industry & Context.
Eligible to drive, Transport campers to and from program areas using company passenger vans with gear and flatbed trailers, Must be 20+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, Part of training will take place in Portland, Oregon (transportation and lodging will be provided!)
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp for all positions., Drivers: Must be at least 20 years of age, 3-year valid driver’s license, and have a clean driving record, Minimum of Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification
Nice to Have
+1 years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred, Experience in our core sports is highly preferred, but not required for all positions (required for Specialists)
What You'll Do.
Lead single-sport mountain biking programs
Co-lead multi-sport programs
Instruct in core sport programs
Responsible for risk management
Teach campers how to recreate safely
Demonstrate and guide campers in appropriate behavior
Provide exceptional customer service to campers
