+1 years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred, Experience in our core sports is highly preferred, but not required for all positions (required for Specialists)

We have camps based throughout Colorado; Bay Area, California; Portland, Oregon; and Bellevue, Washington. Programs run June 22 through August 21. Part of training will take place in Portland, Oregon (transportation and lodging will be provided!) - Compensation https://avid4adventure.notion.site/Compensation-115c5dee95a38179b21cd820bfe18f48: Pay is determined based on position, additional responsibilities, relevant certifications, and staff tenure. Starting Rate: $20.30/hour - Relevant Certification Bonuses https://avid4adventure.notion.site/Required-Certifications-115c5dee95a381f9a013e92f33a2d5c9 paid end of season: - Wilderness First Responder: $100 - IMBA/ICP: $200 - Teacher Certification/License: $200 - Additional Certification bonuses available! Most positions require you to be eligible to drive - our Drivers transport campers to and from program areas using company passenger vans with gear and flatbed trailers in tow. Job Duties - Primarily lead our single-sport mountain biking camps; may be asked to co-lead our multi-sport programs from time to time instructing in all of our core sport programs (training will be provided!) - Safety is key!!
