As an Occupational Health Nurse, your primary responsibility will be providing comprehensive health and wellness services to the employees of the plant in alignment with established Global Medical priorities, Health System Key Elements, North America Medical, and site-specific objectives, goals, strategies, and measures. You will play a key role in collaborating with other team members to provide site health and safety needs for the plant. You will support site assessment audits, site risk analysis, and occupational health management plan to support the health services. In addition, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care including prompt medical emergency response, medication administration, referrals, as well as prevention, treatment and follow-up for occupational injuries and illnesses. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate care of ill and injured workers for return-to-work assessments and fit-for-duty evaluations. * Engage with site and regional medical resources to support clinical activities which include medical triage, medical qualification and monitoring assessments, and facilitating plant physician clinics. * Conduct new hire post-offer health questionnaire reviews, focused physical assessments, and medical qualification testing. * Work with third party vendors to facilitate health services programs and resources based on business needs. * Ensure compliance with occupational health programs and medical testing requirements of OHSA, P&G Medical and Industrial Health & Safety standards. * Attain and maintain current knowledge of the site’s chemical, biological,
