Must Have
2 years of relevant work experience in a Luxury Hotel, preferably within Guest Services or Bell Desk operations, Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working environment, Good team spirit, Multi-tasking, Cooperative, Great organizational skills, Attention to detail
What You'll Do.
Oversee the resort front drive
Manage flow of arrival and departure experience
Supervise Bell Desk operation
Ensure seamless process for guests
Handle all guest interactions with hospitality
Accommodate special requests
Resolve customer inquiries
Respond to guest requests accurately
Support bellmen and doormen
Assist with valet parking vehicles
Assist with golf cart rides
Conduct standards tests for team members
Provide coaching and feedback
Assist with administrative duties
Maintain inventory upkeep
Track Medallia communication
