Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment, leadership and team management skills, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Guest-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities, Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Nice to Have

High school diploma or hospitality qualification preferred, Knowledge of local area and attractions is an advantage

What You'll Do.

Supervise and coordinate daily bell desk and porter activities

Ensure prompt and courteous handling of guest luggage during arrivals

and offer information about hotel facilities and local attractions

Coordinate guest transportation

and valet services (if applicable)

Maintain accurate records of luggage movement and guest requests

and monitor bell team members to ensure service excellence

Ensure grooming standards

and professionalism of the bell team

Handle guest complaints or issues efficiently and escalate when necessary

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Coordinate closely with Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Security teams

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
