What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Two years of experience with Republic Services, No crashes or injuries for at least the past two years, No disciplinary actions of any kind for the preceding 12 months
Nice to Have
Highly proficient in the equipment style with which they are certified, Recommended by their supervisor and operations manager, Willingness to participate in the process for their Division including both written and verbal evaluations of new hire drivers

Acclimate new drivers to job demands
Provide foundational industry knowledge
Instruct and coach on-route driving skills
