What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current suitability (i. e. registration) with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential, experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with at least a Core level of suitability, Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle
Nice to Have
Degree level qualifications of relevance to providing support to people with behaviours of concern are highly preferred

Support our clients (NDIS participants)

to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning
Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices
in the home and community
deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
Ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals
passions and strengths
