What You'll Do.
Provide care ensuring safety
Carry out functions contributing to unit effectiveness and

Observe individuals receiving services
Maintain inventory supplies
Make appropriate supply requisitions
Ensure environment conducive to recovery
Respect client rights to make choices
Ensure individuals receiving services in safe and supportive
Coordinate skilled level activities
Implement skilled level activities
Ensure individuals maintain personal hygiene
Assist with activities of daily living
Receive proper nutrition
Assist with self-help skills
Keep supervisor informed of client condition
Prepare written reports
Utilize treatment plan
Supervise individuals in activities of daily living

Secure information for admission

**Department:** LTSS - Para Professional **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 29 **Schedule** : Week 1: Monday & Tuesday (11:00pm-8:30am), Friday (11:00pm-7:00am) Week 2: Monday & Tuesday (11:00pm-8:30am), Saturday (7:00pm-7:00am) **Starting Pay:** $18.00 **Education We 're Looking for:** High School Diploma (Required) **Certifications We 're Looking For:** Drivers License (Valid) - USA **Experience We 're Looking For: ** Experience working with children/adolescents with an intellectual and developmental disability and/or mental health diagnosis | 1 Year | Not Required **Benefits:** Our benefits include generous PTO, full health coverage, retirement and flexible spending plans, employee support resources, virtual care, student loan forgiveness, and exclusive discounts. **What You 'll Do:** • Provide care to individuals receiving services in a manner that ensures safety, client’s rights, confidentiality, comfort, dignity and a therapeutic environment. • Carry out functions that contribute to the effectiveness and safety of the unit including crisis intervention, taking vital signs, observation of individuals receiving services. • Demonstrate responsible for maintaining inventory supplies and make appropriate requisitions. • Ensure an environment conducive to recovery consistent with IDD/MH philosophy and best practice. • Respect the rights of individuals receiving services to make choices within the available parameters and make every effort to follow the individuals' receiving services. • Work with clients and families and other team members to ensure individuals receiving services in a safe and supportive environment consistent with person-centered planning. • Coordinate and/or implement skilled level activities involving the care, treatment, and training of individuals receiving services. • Ensure that the individuals receiving services maintain appropriate personal hygiene, perform activities of daily living and receive the proper nutrition. • Assist with self-help skills
