What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma, Valid Driver's License, 1 year experience with children/adolescents with mental health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder

What You'll Do.
Provide care ensuring safety
Carry out functions contributing to unit effectiveness and
Perform crisis intervention
Observe individuals receiving services
Maintain inventory supplies
Make appropriate requisitions
Ensure environment conducive to recovery
Respect rights of individuals to make choices
Follow individuals crisis plan
Work with clients and families and team members
Ensure crisis stabilization unit provides safe and supportive
Coordinate skilled level activities involving care
Ensure individuals maintain personal hygiene
Ensure individuals perform activities of daily living
Ensure individuals receive proper nutrition
Assist with self-help skills
Keep supervisor informed of condition
Prepare written reports
Utilize treatment plan
Supervise individuals in activities of daily living
Encourage independence and responsibility for self
Enforce limits on individuals' behavior
Secure and relay information for admission
Observe individuals for changes in physical and mental
Report changes to professional staff
Monitor and document food intake during mealtime and
Assist in group educational sessions and/or activities
