Must Have
Associate's degree in human services, psychology, or related field, 2 years of experience working with adolescents or young adults in a residential, therapeutic, or behavioral health setting, Ability to complete CPI certification upon hire, Valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or related field, Experience in a residential treatment center or similar congregate care setting, Familiarity with DBT, trauma-informed care, or behavioral management frameworks
